Everything was perfect: the room, the beach and pools, the restautants and bar, the territory. The hotel operates in harmony with nature. We feel relaxed and comfortable there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and delicious. To my mind the hotel is one of the best in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is my favourite hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Lovely grounds, comfortable room with all the expected facilities, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, all nice and fresh, and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. And lots of car parking spaces, even at the weekend.

Citymax hotel Ras Al Khaimah is nice decent place to stay in the city center. The staff are very polite and cooperative. The reception manager, Mr. Sameh, is very suuportive and ensures that every client is satisfied.

Our favorite hotel in ras al khaimah. If you have a baby this is the best hotel! pool is kid friendly, they even have activities for kids at evening, staff are nice and friendly. Price is good. Will come again soon.

We’ve booked a delux chalet for couple of days but ended up wanting to extend our stay even further. There’s so much to do and experience. All inclusive offer is fantastic, the food never runs out, multiple bars dotted around the facility to enjoy free drinks. Staff are extra courteous and pour their heart and soul in their service, especial thanks to hannan , Salman, and bhandaya at the beach bar I lost my chest pouch with passport and foreign currency, and but the staff still found it and returned it back to me with nothing missing. Jet ski experience was fun, when I told the staff about it being my first time driving a jet ski, they give me a full overview and parked a rescue team in the sea just in case. Entertainment aspect is also good, if you’re into partying and dancing, this place will suffice. Best experience in UAE so far

The environment, Location, beach, pool

I love our stay. The weather was nice that day. The staff are very accommodating. The resort was large enough even if there was many guest. I loved the place

Location is amazing, in front of a nice beach. Breakfast has a nice variety and good quality food. The facilites are quite modern and there’s a lot of nice things to do.

The front desk staffs really amazing they way of talking smiling 😃 face way dealing to clients it's fully professionally and rooms very neat hygienic rooms I'm next time staying at grand PG hotel again I will meet to this property thank for cleaning my room and thank you to my stay is peace special thanks to Front desk

Nice hotel with a friendly staff.

Really i would like to Thank hotel reception they are very kind to promote my room from standrd room to superior room. It was much enough in size for my family with 2 children. With big bath. And also they are very care during breakfast to help and make all more satisfied. Thank you Mangrove hotel it was my second stay in it @ RAK. Hopefully see you soon.
