The lady that work in the front is always friendly everytime I came to this hotel. For the price, I think it’s beyond my expectation. The room is big and so comfortable. So, I always choose this hotel everytime I go to cheongju. I left my charger, but the hotel called me and let me know about it *which is a really rare service* Even though I didn’t request a room service, they always put new towel and mineral water in front of my hotel room. So, I am truly satisfied with everything

Friendly reception staff. Free access to hotel's breakfast room (basement) with a good /wide supply of food staples available throughout the day ( 6am to 11pm) was really appreciated. Good selections of restaurant around as well as convenience stores. We appreciated getting special access to the clothes washing machines.
